Can you believe it, we're already past half way into the year! 2015 has honestly gone by so quickly and so has year 11. I still remember starting high school and the teachers told us that our schooling years would fly by, and it absolutely has! After this term, i'll be transitioning into year 12, and that really terrifies me... but at the same time, I can't wait to graduate! Last holidays, I took a few extra outfit photos, because I knew that once school started, I wouldn't have any time at all. Term 3 has been pretty hectic with exams and assignments, but i'm always trying to find time to squeeze in blogging whenever I can! In this outfit, I've kept the colour palette super simple, giving it a very casual and at the same time sleek appeal! It honestly feels like forever since i've done a blogpost! BUT ANYWAYS, I have some very exciting news to share... Love T. Trends
The past few weeks have been pretty hectic... and that's my main reason as to why there has been a lack of posts here on TRENDS. I've been getting myself organised and updated with school work, and also finishing off a few Whitehouse assessment tasks. After the 1st block at Whitehouse, I realised how tiring it was travelling to the city, day after day, so for these holidays, i'll be staying in the city for the whole 2 weeks. I'll hopefully try to find some time to post up weekly outfits and also give you a quick update! ANYWAYS! As most of you know, I attended the Bridal Fashion Week Launch in Sydney a few weeks ago at the Australian Technology Park. It was a very last minute invitation, so here's a very last minute outfit I put together! Where do I even begin! I've been looking forward to this weekend for the past few months and sadly it's coming to an end. I'm not ready for a whole week of school after the most hectic and exciting past few days. However, on the up side, I've taken heaps of photos and will have an individual blogpost dedicated to such an amazing weekend. Or shall I say... A Fashion Full Weekend?! Now lets get started on today's outfit which I wore to Vine Apparel's Fashion Pop Up Event in Manly! Looking through today's outfit pictures, I couldn't help but to realise how chic my outfit was! I'm not going to lie here... but I tried on at least 10 outfits before coming to a final decision! It took me a hella long time this morning and I actually thought I was going to be late! I swear I wasn't trying to be fashionably late... It was just one of those mornings when nothing went right.
Although, I managed to pulled myself together and came up with this chic looking outfit! These three quarter pants were purchased a few weeks ago from Sportsgirl and I'm honestly still so attached and in love with them! To keep a simple colour palette, I paired these leather babies with a sleeveless cream knitted sweater from White Rabbit, followed by a black scarf from Forever New, to add more layers and of course to keep myself warm. Keeping with the 'chic' style, I wore these black boots from General Pants Co and a side bag which I purchased from The Iconic. Since both of the boots and bag had a few silver details, it was easy to pick the jewellery and accessories to go with my outfit. I wore my silver bangles from Pandora, and on the other arm, my Michael Kors watch! Love T. Trends |
